Day 1

Arrive in Christchurch

On arrival in Christchurch, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Christchurch is the largest city in the South Island and the second-largest urban area in New Zealand, located in the Canterbury Region near the center of the east coast of the South Island. It lies east of the Canterbury Plains, near the southern end of Pegasus Bay, bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the east and the Banks Peninsula to the south.

Day 2

Christchurch City tour (Tram tour) + International Antarctic Center

After breakfast, visit the International Antarctic Center. International Antarctic Center (General Admission). Experience includes Hägglunds Field Trip, Storm Dome, Penguin Rescue, HD Theatre, 4D Theatre, and Husky Zone.

Later in the afternoon, embark on Christchurch’s tram tour covering 18+ stops in this historic city. The Christchurch Trams offer a unique experience combining history and sightseeing on board one of the city’s best loved attractions. There are plenty of highlights to explore: the Botanic Gardens, Tūranga, and Margaret Mahy Playground are must-visit spots for families; and the many retail stores and eateries at The Terrace, Riverside Market, SALT District, Arts Centre, and New Regent Street offer fantastic shopping and dining options for all.

Evening, return back to the hotel.

Day 3

Departure from Christchurch to Queenstown via Mt. Cook

After breakfast, we will depart to Queenstown. Drive thru Lake Tekapo and towns of Twizel and Omarama. You will visit the scenic Aoraki Village for mesmerizing views of Mt. Cook (tallest peak of New Zealand). Later, continue to Queenstown. On arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in.

Day 4

Full day trip to Milford Sound Cruise

After breakfast, we will depart to Milford Sound. Milford Sound is also known as Piopiotahi in Maori. Nowhere else in Fiord land do the mountains stand so tall, straight out of the sea. Luxuriant rainforest clings to sheer rock walls and waterfalls tumble hundreds of meters to the sea below. Enjoy a day cruise at Milford sound. Later in the evening, return back to Queenstown.

Day 5

Queenstown City tour + Skyline Gondola

After breakfast, Depart to take an Orientation Tour of Queenstown. The town sits on the shore of crystal-clear Lake Wakatipu among dramatic ranges. We go for Gondola ride in Queenstown. Afternoon onwards, free time at leisure.

After breakfast, transfer to ZQN airport for departure flight.
