This was third trip with them, Saurabh really took care of me personally, as I have some mobility issue. Every place we went the food was readily available to our liking, and they also accommodated the food we wanted for next day. He managed all aspects of our tour very well. He had detailed knowledge of sites and provided great guidance as we experienced all that the tour had to offer. This was a memorable experience for us. All aspects of the tour were managed with meticulous details that helped us stay on schedule with ease and comfort. Saurabh quickly got a hang of individual participant’s needs and made sure that everyone was taken care of, some even with specific dietary requirements. Transportation was as comfortable as possible. We also had great support and help from Hima at the Maxim back office. We would highly recommend checking with Maxim for tours of interest and we look forward to our future tourism interests.

Loved every moment of this well planned and even better executed group tour with Jain food. The group tour manager was well versed with the route, and worked well with the driver and various restaurants we visited. He was also proactive and managed hotel reservations well. The backend support from Hima Jain from Florida USA was amazing and everything fell into place perfectly. We were surprised to have covered over 4000 km without any incident and with over 45 Jain meals. All hotels were 4* and above and issues if any were immediately resolved. If you are planning a tour to Europe, look no further.
